Where to start? options for beginners

1.) Jump right in! Believe it or not, most of the students at STUDIO B were brand new when they joined. If you decide to start your yoga journey by attending a regularly-scheduled class, we recommend starting with one of the 60 minute classes with either Gary or Brittany. Arrive at least 15 minutes before class and let your instructor know you are brand new to the practice. We will show you around, address your concerns, and make you feel right at home.

2.) Sign up for our 5 Week Beginner Series! We offer a 5 Week Beginner Series that is designed just for folks like yourself! In this series we break down various poses, teaching you proper alignment and helpful modifications to suit YOUR body. In addition, you'll learn how to connect your breath with each movement, helping you to flow from one pose to the next. These classes typically take place on Wednesday evenings from 6:45-7:45pm and pre-registration is required. Cost is $75 per person. Click here to find out when the next series begins!

3.) Try a Private Lesson! This option allows you to work one-on-one with an instructor. Contact the studio for more information.
