Scenario 1: I've done yoga before, but I'm new to STUDIO B Great! We are so glad you'll be sharing your practice with us. The best option for you is our New Student Special: $30 for 30 days. This pass gives you unlimited access for 30 days from the date of purchase. It gives you the opportunity to try our different class times and instructors to decide which pass will be best for you moving forward. There is no commitment when you purchase this pass and you can purchase it online or at the studio. Take a look at our class schedules on the homepage and sign up ahead of time. Let your teacher know it's your first time at the studio and he or she will show you the ropes. Bring a mat, towel and water bottle. We do have mats and towels available for rent or purchase and bottled water for sale.

We are stoked you want add yoga to your health and fitness routine. If you are comfortable with it, we recommend just jumping into a regularly-scheduled 60-minute class and learning as you go. The best class pass option is the New Student Special: $30 for 30 days of yoga. This pass gives you unlimited access for 30 days from the date of purchase. It gives you the opportunity to try our different class times and instructors to decide which pass will be best for you moving forward. This 5-week series was designed specifically for brand new  beginners. In this class you will learn: -Answers to FAQ about yoga -A breakdown of the most common yoga poses -Proper alignment and helpful modifications -How to connect breath with movement The Beginner Series is offered at both locations, multiple times throughout the year. Check the event page for upcoming dates.  

Scenario 3: I've never done yoga before and the thought of going to a yoga class is terrifying.

As beginners once ourselves, we totally understand! As a result, we developed The Beginner Series. This 5-week series was designed specifically for brand new  beginners. In this class you will learn:

-Answers to FAQ about yoga

-A breakdown of the most common yoga poses

-Proper alignment and helpful modifications

-How to connect breath with movement

The Beginner Series is offered at both locations, multiple times throughout the year. Check the event page for upcoming dates.

 

other helpful hints for new yoga students

  • Check out our Class Menu to familiarize yourself with the various styles of yoga offered at STUDIO B
  • We highly recommend signing up online so that we know you are coming and can save you a space. Space in the Annville studio is very limited, so definitely get in the habit of signing up online first if that is the studio you will be practicing out of. Visit the home page to access the studio calendars. You do not need to pre-pay for classes and are not penalized for cancelling.
  • You can click here to purchase a class pass OR you can pay at the studio before your class. If you have not visited us before, be sure to take advantage of our New Student Special - $30 for 30 Days of Unlimited Yoga!
  • Please come to the studio approx. 10 minutes before your first class to fill out our new student form, sign a waiver and learn the ropes (fyi - doors open 30 minutes before scheduled classes)
  • You will need a mat, towel and water. We have mats and towels available for rent or purchase. The first time is free and every time after that is $3.  Props such as blocks and straps are provided free of charge at every visit. Wear comfortable, movable clothing.
