12 Week Summer Program
Brittany is accepting a maximum of 10 participants to join he for a special 12 week personal training program. This program is designed for anyone interested in getting stronger, leaner and more fit for summer!
Participants will receive an initial movement assessment and goal planning session, customized workouts, access to the private facebook group, weekly one-on-one check ins and access to special small group training sessions.
Registration Closes on May 22 and the program begins on May 29.
Weight Lifting Consultation for Beginners
Are you interested in lifting weights, but not sure where to start? Does the idea of working with barbells at the gym intimidate you? Do you feel overwhelmed by all of the information on the internet? If you answered yes to any of those questions, then this option is for you!
During this consultation we will discuss your goals and I'll answer all of your questions. I will do a quick mobility assessment and provide a warm up routine that fits your movement needs. I will teach you how to use a barbell and operate strength training equipment. We will go over all of the fundamental lifts including the squat and deadlift. I'll teach you proper form and how to choose a weight and set/rep scheme to fit your needs. Lastly we will cover nutrition, recovery and lifestyle habits.
Weight Lifting Consultation for Intermediate - Advanced Lifters
Do you already have experience lifting weights, but are interested in taking things to the next level? Then this option is for you!
In this one hour consultation we will discuss your goals and I'll answer all of your questions. I will do a quick mobility assessment and provide a warm up routine that fits your movement needs. Then we will move on to lifting! I will review your form and help you make changes to your technique as needed. Then I will provide suggested movements to incorporate into your routine that will better help you reach your fitness goals. Lastly we will cover nutrition, recovery and lifestyle habits.
Do you already have experience lifting weights and are looking to take things to the next level with custom workouts that are challenging, fun and designed just for you? This is your plan! With the online programming option you will get monthly consultations with me (online or in person depending on your location), custom workout programs you can complete on your own and unlimited email access for support along the way.
