Brittany Holtz is a 200RYT, NASM-CPT, and the founder of STUDIO B POWER YOGA.  She graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2010 with a Bachelor's in Political Science and currently serves as the Tour Director at the Pennsylvania Governor's Residence.  Growing up she was involved in gymnastics, cheerleading, soccer, and weightlifting.  She had often heard about the benefits of yoga, but like so many, assumed it would be "too boring" for her.  A friend finally convinced her to give it a try and after one class, she was hooked. Brittany realized immediately that yoga was much more than a good workout, but an empowering tool for change.  Yoga helped calm her mind, focus her energy, and empower her to leave a toxic and stressful job. Brittany is so passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga, that she decided to take a leap of faith and open a studio of her own.  She lives in Mt. Joy with her husband, Josh, and two Pit Bull's, Champ and Livy. You can learn more about Brittany at www.brittanyholtz.com

Mandi Mase fell in love with yoga when she realized it was so much more than a physical workout.  Focused and consistent practice helped her to clear her mind of all the fog.  Yoga was her therapy and later discovered a passion for hot yoga and it's detoxing benefits.  Mandi recently completed her teacher training at STUDIO B in 2015.  She entered the training with a desire to deepen her yoga practice and to better connect with the spiritual side of yoga.  The program opened her heart and eyes to see the positive, and to appreciate even the smallest things in life.  Her morning classes are an incredible way to start your day with peace and happiness, while you let go of all the stuff or fog that is weighing you down.    "Yoga is a journey.  Every pose, every breath can take you to a new place." Mandi lives in Lebanon with her husband and her furry "kids".  She enjoys weight lifting, weekends at the beach, and being at home working for her soy candle business.

For Gary, an interest in yoga began with Lilias Yoga and PBS some time ago.  After thirty plus years of recreational running, Gary required an alternate right knee. Reintroduced to yoga after his knee replacement and a shoulder surgery, he was impressed with the healing ability of the body to respond to asana and meditation. Gary is certified in various styles including Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. His  purpose is now to help those in the generation "boomer" to have more flexibility and to know that possibilities exist to again become active. Gary has a  Bachelor's degree in Social Science from Pennsylvania State University and is a U.S. Navy veteran. He resides with his wife and two grown sons in Palmyra,PA.
