Below are Studio B Power Yoga's Terms and Conditions of Use, Waiver Release and Assumption of Risk, along with our Policies for Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds for retail merchandise and the services and packages we offer.
By using our website or studio facilities, or attending an official offsite class, you signify your agreement to Studio B Power Yoga's Terms and Conditions of Service, our Waiver, Release and Assumption of Risk, and our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy for Services and Merchandise. These terms may be updated at any time at the discretion of Studio B Power Yoga.

Terms and Conditions of Service
To ensure your spot in class, sign up online AND show up at least ten minutes before class. Studio B Power Yoga classroom reservations operate on a first come, first served basis. Clients who reserve their spot online must sign into class at the front desk at least ten minutes before the start of class to keep their reservation. If more than can fit in the practice room show up ten minutes prior to class, those who signed up online will be guaranteed spots in class. If a class is full ten minutes before the beginning of class, any online reservations that have not checked in at the front desk will be returned as an account credit and removed from class.
If you have signed up for class online, but know you cannot attend, please delete your reservation to open up space for other students.
Classes can be recorded.
Classes and Workshops may be photographed or recorded to video or audio for teacher and assistant training purposes and/or promotional and advertisement use. This includes both practice rooms as well as public venues within the studio such as hallways, the lounge or the lobby and front desk area. By using our facilities you agree to release Studio B Power Yoga from any liability in connection with such use and consent that Studio B Power Yoga may use such materials free and clear without claim on your part. Ages 17 and under are welcome to our classes with parental consent. A parent or guardian must sign the liability waiver.
Waiver, Release and Assumption of Risk
Obtain the clearance of your physician prior to beginning any new exercise program. To reduce the risk of injury, never force or strain. The exercise, instructions and advice presented in Studio B Power Yoga's classes and programs are designed for persons who are in good health and are physically fit. They are in no way intended as a substitute for medical or other counseling. For and in consideration of being allowed to participate in Studio B Power Yoga's classes, workshops, events and programs (the "program(s)"), I hereby represent, warrant and agree as follows:
I understand there is an inherent risk associated with any exercise program including my voluntary participation in yoga that may result in injury. The exercises related to yoga will challenge my cardio-respiratory and musculoskeletal systems associated with; the aerobic, anaerobic, strength, power, agility, flexibility and breathing components of the program. I understand and am aware that the components of exercise/yoga are potentially hazardous activities and may cause injury.
I acknowledge that I have either had a physical examination and/or have been given permission from my physician to participate in a yoga based exercise program or that I have decided to participate in an exercise program voluntarily and without the approval of my physician and do hereby assume all responsibility for my participation in any exercise/yoga or activity associated with Studio B Power Yoga yoga studio.
I certify that I am physically well and suffering from no medical problems, conditions, impairments, diseases, or any other illness that would prevent my full participation or increase my risk of injury and/or illness as a result of partaking in any exercise/yoga program or other activities or workshops.
I, my heirs, or legal representatives, do hereby forever waive and release Studio B Power Yoga, its members, teachers, agents and employees from any and all liability and responsibility from injury, accident, illness, legal and medical fees sustained now or in the future resulting from my participation in any exercise/yoga activity, workshops or use of any equipment.
I understand that Studio B Power Yoga yoga studio may provide an area for personal belongings to be held during class, however, I agree that Studio B Power Yoga, is in no way responsible for the loss or damage of my belongings while I attend any programs, classes or workshops.
I acknowledge that I have read this waiver of liability form. I fully understand its terms and conditions, and understand that I am waiving and giving up my right to sue Studio B Power Yoga, its teachers, members, agents and employees. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement voluntarily, and intend by my signature for this to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowable by law.
Refund, Return and Exchange Policy for Services and Merchandise
All class package sales are final. Single class and 10 class passes expire one year from the date of purchase. In the event of injury or inability to use classes before their expiration we can refund a prorated amount (based on the current class pricing) as ACCOUNT CREDIT ONLY.
Unlimited package sales are final and cannot be shared between clients.
Workshop, Privates and Event Cancellations
All workshop, event, private instruction and special program sales are final. In the event that Studio B Power Yoga cancels an event, we will refund a purchase back to the original payment method.
If you need to cancel your registration for an event we can refund as ACCOUNT CREDIT ONLY. Please note that some events or retreats host outside teachers or require deposits that are nonrefundable. Please see event listings on our website for any specific restrictions on refunds.
Signing up for AutoRenew requires retaining a credit card on file that will be automatically charged on a monthly basis. AutoRenew subscriptions can be cancelled any time.
We require a 5 day notice to cancel an AutoRenew package. Notices can be submitted via the front desk or by emailing your contact information and date of termination to firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds are not given for AutoRenew memberships.
Retail merchandise may be returned within 10 days in new condition for ACCOUNT CREDIT ONLY.
Sale and Clearance Merchandise is NONRETURNABLE under any circumstances
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:
• See what data we have about you, if any.
• Change/correct any data we have about you.
• Have us delete any data we have about you.
• Express any concern you have about our use of your data.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
