At  S T U D I O  B  we practice primarily Power Vinyasa Flow. In this style we connect breath to movement as we flow from one pose to the next, building heat and fluidity. The yoga we practice is challenging, fun, empowering and accessible to all levels. We believe that yoga is for every body and that you are ready now. Join us with whatever your current ability level is and we will give you the tools to create strength, flexibility and personal transformation in a safe, loving and fun environment.

 

New to Yoga?

No experience? No problem! At STUDIO B, all classes are for all levels.  Our staff is committed to sharing the benefits of yoga with everyone. We were all beginners once and understand the anxiety that comes along with trying something new. Click here to review our beginners guide. 

Class descriptions

At Studio B, the primary style of yoga we teach is a power vinyasa flow. These classes are challenging, but fun and are performed in a heated room (about 85 degrees). We also offer other types of yoga. Click here to view our Class Menu.

108 ON THE STATE CAPITOL STEPS

Saturday, June 24, 9-11am

Join us for a STUDIO B tradition...with a twist! Celebrate the change of season by performing 108 Sun Salutations on the State Capitol Steps. This event, hosted by Athleta and led by Brittany and Megan, is free to all and will include prizes and giveaways. Performing 108 Sun Salutations at the beginning of each new season is a great way to clear out stuff that is no longer serving you and to make space for the season ahead.
