At S T U D I O B we practice primarily Power Vinyasa Flow. In this style we connect breath to movement as we flow from one pose to the next, building heat and fluidity. The yoga we practice is challenging, fun, empowering and accessible to all levels. We believe that yoga is for every body and that you are ready now. Join us with whatever your current ability level is and we will give you the tools to create strength, flexibility and personal transformation in a safe, loving and fun environment.
New to Yoga?
No experience? No problem! At STUDIO B, all classes are for all levels. Our staff is committed to sharing the benefits of yoga with everyone. We were all beginners once and understand the anxiety that comes along with trying something new. Click here to review our beginners guide.
