A Beginner's guide to yoga at studio b power yoga
What type of yoga do you do at STUDIO B?
We practice a power vinyasa flow that connects breath to movement. Classes typically go like this: we begin with grounding poses, move into a "warm up" phase that's quick, fun and sweaty. Then we practice balancing, back opening and hip releasing (read: STRESS releasing!). We finish every class with gentle, restorative poses. The room is heated to about 85 degrees creating a sweaty, fun, & empowering practice for everyone. Check out our ABOUT page for more information and answers to FAQ's.
What should I bring to my first class?
A yoga mat (we also have mats to rent for $3), a towel, a bottle of water, and willingness to be open for anything!
