Beginners Series


Our popular Beginner Series is back—at a new day and time! We’ve heard your feedback so we are switching the sessions to Saturdays instead of Monday nights.

Saturday, May 11 - Saturday June 1 from 10:30-11:30a

This will be a 4-week series curated to help beginners learn the proper alignment and foundation of yoga poses seen in classes at STUDIO B. Rachel will guide you each week to build confidence in yoga poses you see in every since class like: Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Crescent Lunge, Chaturanga, Down Dog, Triangle, Extended Side Angle, Chair, Airplane, Half moon, and the list continues! This series is for anyone that is new to yoga, new to STUDIO B, or who wants a refresher foundational poses found in a yoga practice. We HIGHLY recommend this series to everyone at some point in their yoga journey—this series will make you feel confident and strong on your mat as you flow through class!
