Yoga, Empowerment & Self-Esteem for Teenage Girls
Classes for the Winter 2018 session will be held on Wednesdays at our Harrisburg location January 10 - February 14 from 6:45 - 8:00pm
Project Y.E.S. is a 6-week program designed for teenage girls, 12-16 years old.
Led by an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) & a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), this series tackles anxiety, fear, self-care, body image & goal setting in a safe and supportive environment.
Through exercise, meditation/mindfulness, and therapeutic group discussion, participants will learn methods for coping with fear and anxiety, tools for setting and achieving goals, tips for self care and skills to improve communication with themselves and others.

Interested in learning the basics of yoga? Here's your opportunity! Brittany will lead this 5-week series on Wednesday evenings from 6:45-7:45 beginning September 7. In each class, Brittany will break down various poses, teaching you proper alignment and helpful modifications to suit YOUR body. In addition, you'll learn how to connect your breath with each movement, helping you to flow from one pose to the next. All levels can benefit from a beginner's series!
Kids Yoga Series
Annville: Saturdays 11:15am-12:00pm Starting September 30
Join Amber Ackerly of Promote Peace Yoga for a 5 Week Kids Yoga Series at STUDIO B, Annville. In this series, children will explore yoga, movement, and meditation in a fun, loving, and nurturing environment. Children learn to channel their energy and how to calm down for quiet time! Restorative Sound Bath
Harrisburg: Sunday, october 22 @ 6:00pm
Close the chapter on your busy week and start anew - join us for an evening of relaxation and restoration with a restorative sound bath. You'll be bathed in intuitive sound by student and practitioner, "Music" Mike. Indulge yourself in loving kindness through this gentle combination of breath, movement, and vibration created by traditional instruments and voice. Dress comfortably, bring a blanket and pillow, and allow time afterwards to re-acclimate to physical surroundings. Sessions are generally 50 to 75 minutes long and can be a wonderful respite for those working through dis-ease and their caregivers.

200 HOUR TEACHER TRAINING
September 2017 - March 2018
This training is designed for students who want to take their understanding and practice of yoga to the next level. Students will not only learn to teach a powerful vinyasa flow class and be certified as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance, but they will also be exposed to key elements of the 3,000 year old wisdom of yoga. This training will be held in partnership with Yoga on Chocolate. Participants will meet every third weekend between October 216 and March 2017. YOGA BASICS WORKSHOP

A one hour workshop for students with an existing yoga practice who are interested in getting back to the basics. We will review the fundamentals of some of the most popular poses like Chaturanga, Downward/Upward Facing Dog, Warriors and more.
