At STUDIO B & Yoga on Chocolate we practice primarily Power Vinyasa Flow. In this style we connect breath to movement as we flow from one pose to the next, building heat and fluidity. The yoga we practice is challenging, fun, empowering and accessible to all levels. We believe that yoga is for every body and that you are ready now. Join us with whatever your current ability level is and we will give you the tools to create strength, flexibility and personal transformation in a safe, loving and fun environment.



New to Yoga?

No experience? No problem! At STUDIO B, all classes are for all levels.  Our staff is committed to sharing the benefits of yoga with everyone. We were all beginners once and understand the anxiety that comes along with trying something new. Click here to review our beginners guide. 


Class descriptions

At Studio B, the primary style of yoga we teach is a power vinyasa flow. These classes are challenging, but fun and are performed in a heated room (about 85 degrees). We also offer other types of yoga. Click here to view our Class Menu.

On February 12, 2018, STUDIO B POWER YOGA acquired Yoga on Chocolate to create one, large yoga community right here in Central PA. So what does that mean for you? More yoga, of course! Effective immediately, your STUDIO B and Yoga on Chocolate memberships and class passes are valid at all three studios. Click here to read more about how it will all work until we merge software.

We are committed to creating a place for inner growth and peace through physical practice based on the millennia old teachings of yoga. Come explore a powerful vinyasa class in a heated room (85-90 degrees F) or a focused Barre class that will tone and energize your body. Maybe take a Yin Class that will lengthen and open you or settle in for a restorative class that will connect you with your inner bliss.


A Day of Workshops with Sheri Celentano

Saturday, April 14 @ yoga on chocolate

Stoke the Fire Workshop, 10am - 12pm

Come in from the cold and into your HEAT! Your potential energy (Kundalini) takes form as the element of FIRE. Let us gather and spark the flames by engaging in an asana practice peppered with arm balances, twists and inversions. We will practice jumping and floating into handstands, variations of crow, as well as core and wrist exercises. Our breath will guide us into this practice of living fully! 

HEART BOW, 1-3pm

Precision, Tension, Practice.  Starting off by diving into the wonder and mythology behind archery, and setting intention, we will then move into the heart space with awareness and skill. We will break down and isolate all the working parts of the “BOW” shapes.  Dhanurasana, Urdhva Dhanurasana and Akarna Dhanurasana are our playground this day !! Make sure to bring your journals !
