The B in STUDIO B stands for possibility. An Option B. The opportunity to B anything you want to B. We know that yoga has a long list of physical benefits, but we also know about the emotional and intellectual benefits. At STUDIO B we teach the Warrior Poses and the Down Dogs, but we also teach showing up, living big, having faith, leaving space for possibility, and supporting each other in the process. We are committed to sharing the depths of yoga through our core values: connection, collaboration, purpose, possibility & play.

CHALLENGING | FUN| EMPOWERING

At STUDIO B we practice primarily Power Vinyasa Flow. In this style we connect breath to movement as we flow from one pose to the next, building heat and fluidity. The yoga we practice is challenging, fun and empowering. In addition to our Vinyasa Flow, we offer a number of complimentary classes throughout the week including yin, restorative, and mindful flow classes. Whether you are a beginner or "advanced" yogi, our highly trained instructors are here to support and guide you. We believe that yoga is for every body and that you are ready now. Join us with whatever your current ability level is and we will give you the tools to create strength, flexibility and personal transformation in a safe, loving and fun environment.

Events and classES for everybody

At STUDIO B we think yoga should be FUN and accessible to everyone! In addition to our regularly scheduled classes, we also host events, workshops, class series and adventures for beginners - advanced yogis. Check out our class menu & event calendar to see what fun things we have coming up!


Community is our jam. We are more than just a place to practice yoga. We are a place to connect, collaborate and have fun together. And now we have three convenient locations for three times the fun. All class passes are interchangeable between studios and all studios are open 7 days a week making it easier than ever to get your yoga on in Harrisburg, Hershey and Lebanon.
