Power Vinyasa is our jam. It’s a fun, fast-moving flow where your breath leads the way and every pose rolls right into the next. You’ll sweat, strengthen, stretch, and surprise yourself in the best way. Think of it as the perfect blend of energy and ease — a workout that feels good and a reset your mind will thank you for.

Step into the heat and feel your practice come alive. Our warm, welcoming studio space is designed to help you sweat, move, and melt deeper into every pose. The heat supports your muscles, boosts flexibility, and helps you tap into a powerful, feel-good flow that leaves you glowing from the inside out.

Every class at STUDIO B is an experience. Our incredible team of instructors brings their own flair to the mat — creative flows, energizing playlists, and teaching styles that keep things fresh and inspiring. While our signature power style leads the way, we know every body needs something different. That’s why we offer a mix of Slow Flow, Power Strength, and Restorative classes — so you can choose the vibe that meets you right where you are.

Our classes are designed for all levels, so whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro, you’ll feel challenged, supported, and totally empowered. Our amazing instructors know how to meet every body where it’s at — guiding beginners, cheering on progress, and keeping the energy fun and inclusive for everyone.

New to STUDIO B? We’ve got a sweet welcome for you! Grab our New Student Special — two full weeks of unlimited classes for just $40. Sign up online or in person, show up about 10 minutes early for your first class, and don’t forget your mat, towel, and water (we’ve got community mats if you need one). POWER FLOW – Turn up the heat! Set at 85–90°, Power Flow is all about pushing your limits and getting fully in the moment. This dynamic vinyasa-style class links breath to movement with flowing sequences, playful transitions, and chances to try arm balances and inversions. Expect upbeat playlists, lots of sweat, and a total energy boost!

POWER STRENGTH – Yoga meets strength training! Flow, lift, and sweat with weights and resistance bands, build endurance, stretch, and get your heart pumping. High-energy playlists, inspiring instructors, and optional props make this full-body workout fun for every level.

SLOW FLOW – Take it slow and savor every breath. Set at a comfy 75°, this gentler vinyasa-style class mirrors Power Flow but at a calmer pace. Enjoy longer holds, a little less intensity, and just the right amount of warmth. Perfect for beginners, expectant mothers (with clearance), or anyone craving a slower, mindful flow.

RESTORATIVE – Hit pause and let your body melt. This unheated, calming class guides you through deeply supported poses with props for ultimate comfort. Move slowly, breathe deeply, and let your mind unwind as you sink into a state of total relaxation and serenity.

VIN TO YIN – The best of both worlds! Start with a dynamic, energizing vinyasa flow to get your body moving, then ease into a slow, deeply restorative Yin practice. Hold stretches for 3–5 minutes with props for ultimate comfort, leaving you relaxed, stretched, and totally restored.

POWER & PAUSE – All the energy of Power Flow…with room to breathe. For 75 minutes, you’ll move through a strong, heat-building sequence, then sink into intentional breathwork and meditation woven throughout the class. Flow, pause, and find balance as you build strength, release energy, and tap into clarity. Heated to 85–90°, this class is about power, pause, and everything in between.
