Week 1: Grounding & Warrior Poses
Week 2: Sun Salutation A & Backbends
Week 3: Standing/Balancing Poses & Hip Openers
Week 4: a 60- minute class to flow & put it all together!
Perfect for absolute beginners or anyone returning to their mat after time away.
