Join us for a supportive, step-by-step introduction to yoga designed specifically for beginners. Over four weeks, you'll build confidence, learn the foundations of breath and movement, and develop a practice that feels empowering and sustainable.

🧘‍♀️ What to Expect:

  • Week 1: Grounding & Warrior Poses

  • Week 2: Sun Salutation A & Backbends

  • Week 3: Standing/Balancing Poses & Hip Openers

  • Week 4: a 60- minute class to flow & put it all together!

Perfect for absolute beginners or anyone returning to their mat after time away.

Dates: Mondays: September 8, 15, 22, 29
