31-Day Yoga & Meditation Challenge

Welcome to 2026—where our January challenge is evolving ✨

Let’s be honest: practicing yoga every single day sounds amazing… but it’s not always realistic. This year, we’re shifting the focus from doing more to being more intentional.

For the month of January, we’re inviting you to choose movement or stillness—
Yoga or Meditation.

How It Works

From January 1–31, complete one yoga practice or one meditation each day.

Before you overthink it—your practice:
• Does not have to be in-studio
• Does not have to be 60 minutes
• Looks like whatever you need that day

If you want structure but can’t make it to the studio, STUDIO B at Home has plenty of options to support you.

About Meditation (aka the hard part)

Stillness can feel uncomfortable—but it can also be life-changing.
Meditation can be 2 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or longer if you’re feeling it.

It might look like:
• A guided meditation
• Sitting in silence
• Listening to calming music
• Taking a quiet moment in your car (parked, doors locked!)

In 2026, we’re prioritizing calm nervous systems and intentional pauses.

One Is Enough

You don’t have to do both—one is plenty.
But if you choose to move and sit some days? That will feel really good too.

Show up as you are.
Flow when you need movement.
Be still when you need space.

Track your progress in studio on our challenge board on own your own using our virtual challenge board. Both will be posted in studio/online on January 1!
